We are a small family of local entrepreneurs – in various spaces of travel, transport, fashion, tree planting, ecological projects, grassroots project development, volunteering and even food and beverage space – we simply share a passion for Southern Africa, it’s people and it’s magic and want you to have MORE than just a holiday.
Since 2012, we specialize in travelling while avoiding all the touristy shit (we said it. sorry). There is so much more to Southern Africa than facts about lions, stories about Kruger and Cape Town or just another selfie with a black child.

We operate with Spontaneous Itineraries – that means there’s no set plan. Our accommodation is booked with 3 or 4 major activities… the rest is ours to explore the old fashioned way… without a guide book and a map.
Aldous Huxley once said, “To travel is to discover that everyone is wrong about other countries”
We dare you to explore and to come and find out for yourself. The media anywhere in the world is wrong because, for any country or most news they share, they judge from the outside. Things aren’t easy in Africa, this is true and there are many hardships and wrongdoings here… but so it is in most places in the world.

Travel inspires. Travel fills up your soul-tank and shows you how much more there is in the world that we can learn from. It teaches appreciation for the simpler things and leaves you in AWE of nature which has a list of health effects. Travel teaches you an appreciation for other people and cultures. And shows you how we are not all that different.
